This Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions for Zacx, a service of Zapkaro Technologies LLP. By using or subscribing to Zacx, you agree to these terms.

1. General Policy

Zacx charges and collects payment in advance for all SaaS services. Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to all subscription plans and WhatsApp Conversation Credits purchased.

2. Free Trial

We offer a no-cost trial period for you to evaluate if our service meets your needs. No payment information is required during the trial. This trial period is explicitly provided so you can thoroughly test our platform before making a purchase decision.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

  • All monthly, quarterly, yearly, and multi-year subscriptions automatically renew on their due date until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time by emailing support[at]zacx.io.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Important Notice:

No refunds or credits for partial subscription periods will be provided upon cancellation. When you cancel, you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following Zacx services are non-refundable:

  • All subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly, multi-year etc.)
  • WhatsApp Conversation Charges (Credits)
  • Add-on services and features
  • One-time setup or implementation fees
  • Any other services or products offered by Zacx

5. Account Suspension

If payment remains outstanding for more than five (5) days from the renewal date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service without refund of any previously paid amounts.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds only in these limited scenarios:

  • Verified fraudulent or unauthorized charges
  • Severe technical issues that completely prevent service use and cannot be resolved by our support team

All such cases will be reviewed individually at our sole discretion.
